RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your hair jewelry. We also don't want you to wear hair jewelry that has already been worn... ever!

For hygienic purposes worn and used items will not be refunded. No exceptions! Only unused merchandise in their original condition will be considered for return.

For merchandise return consideration email your return request within 4 days of the delivery date to info@diamondsbyadilafq.com and include a brief reason for the return. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition.
